Copyright Takedown (DMCA)
Dr. Brown Cares LLC ("the House") respects intellectual property and expects our readers to do the same. If you believe material on the Service infringes your copyright, send a notice containing all of the following to our Designated Agent:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing, with a URL sufficient to permit us to locate it.
- Your contact information (address, phone, email).
- A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorized to act on their behalf.

Counter-Notice
If you believe material was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g) containing your signature, identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief the removal was mistaken, your consent to jurisdiction of the federal court for your address (or SDNY if outside the US), and your contact information.
Repeat Infringers
We terminate accounts of repeat infringers as required by 17 U.S.C. § 512(i).
