1. Permission
I ("Muse") grant Navaelith Quenelmont Press and its author ("Publisher") an irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, perpetual permission to use my life story, experiences, likeness (only as described in text — no photograph or video), and any conversations between us as inspiration for characters, settings, and events in books, essays, illustrations, audio editions, and related educational and marketing materials.
2. Fictionalization
I understand that characters and events inspired by me will be composite, altered, and fictionalized. Names, physical descriptions, timelines, locations, professions, and identifying details will be changed or blended with other sources. The final work is a work of fiction; no character represents any single real person.
3. Credit
I choose the following credit (initial one):

I may change my chosen credit at any time by writing to the Publisher; the change applies to future printings and to the online Inspiration Circle within 30 days.
4. Waiver of claims
To the fullest extent permitted by law, I waive and release the Publisher from any claim of defamation, false light, invasion of privacy, misappropriation of name or likeness, right of publicity, or emotional distress arising from the Publisher's use of my story in the fictionalized form described above. This waiver does not cover intentional falsehoods presented as factual statements about me by name, nor claims that cannot be waived by law in my jurisdiction.
5. What I receive
- The Muse role on the Publisher's platform, which automatically grants me lifetime membership — access to every current and future volume, framework, illustration, and members-only feature, at no charge, for life. This is a gift and recognition, not payment for services rendered.
- Credit by my chosen name in the online Inspiration Circle and in the acknowledgments of each affected volume.
- A finished copy — digital, and print-on-demand if produced — of every volume I appear in.
6. No employment / no royalty
I acknowledge I am not an employee, contractor, agent, or co-author of the Publisher, and I am not entitled to royalties, salary, or any monetary compensation. If I later contribute original written material that is quoted verbatim in a work, we will enter a separate written co-author agreement covering attribution and compensation for that material.
7. Withdrawal
I may withdraw future use of new material by writing to the Publisher at any time. Works already published, printed, distributed, or in production may continue to be sold and distributed; future editions will honor the withdrawal.
8. Governing law
This release is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. Disputes are handled per the House's Dispute Resolution Agreement (discussion → mediation → arbitration).
