Cancel any time

Cancel from Account → Membership or by writing to connect@drbrowncares.com. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access until that date. There is no cancellation fee.

7-Day Satisfaction

If you subscribe for the first time and change your mind within 7 days, write to connect@drbrowncares.com from your account email and we will refund your first payment in full — no reason required. This is a courtesy in addition to your statutory rights.

Annual Plans

Annual plans may be refunded on a pro-rata basis within the first 30 days if fewer than 5 chapters have been opened. Beyond that, cancellation stops the next renewal but does not refund the current term, except where required by mandatory local law.

EU / UK / EEA Right of Withdrawal

Under Directive 2011/83/EU (and the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations), consumers have 14 days from the conclusion of a distance contract to withdraw. Because our Service delivers digital content on demand, by clicking Start Reading or opening the first chapter you (i) expressly consent to immediate performance and (ii) acknowledge you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun (Art. 16(m) CRD). Until you begin delivery, you may withdraw by any clear statement to connect@drbrowncares.com.

Chargebacks

Please contact us first — we resolve almost every issue faster than a bank dispute. Fraudulent chargebacks may result in account suspension.

Mandatory Statutory Rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights consumers have under the law of their country of residence (e.g. Australian Consumer Law, EU Consumer Sales Directive 2019/771).
